How a sliding door repair usually goes
Andrew inspects how the door sits in its frame, lifts the panel where needed, and checks the roller carriages, adjusters and track surface. Most Perth homes have aluminium sliding doors with nylon or steel-wheeled rollers, and these wear out, particularly in sandy, coastal and high-use locations.
Where the rollers are the cause, they're replaced with components suited to that frame and the door is re-adjusted so it runs freely and closes squarely. Where the track itself is badly damaged, Andrew will explain the options rather than fitting new rollers to a track that will destroy them.
